Return and Refund Policy
AL SAYARA SPARE PARTS TRADING L.L.C is an e-commerce marketplace specializing in the sale of automotive spare parts. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while complying with applicable laws and consumer protection regulations of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Please carefully review this Return and Refund Policy before making a purchase.
1. General Conditions
- Return requests must be initiated within three (3) calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be returned in new, unused, and undamaged conditions, along with the original packaging, all accessories, and documentation, unless otherwise stated.
- Customers must submit a return request via email to info@sayara.parts, providing the order number and a description of the reason for return.
2. Exceptions
- Some products, due to their specific nature, cannot be returned.
- Non-returnable products include, but are not limited to:
- Electrical parts and components,
- Electrical testing equipment,
- Products sold as clearance or discounted sale items.
- These products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.
3. Manufacturing Defects
- In cases where a manufacturing defect is identified, returns will only be accepted if the original packaging, full contents, and proof of defect are provided and verified by AL SAYARA SPARE PARTS TRADING L.L.C.
- Product inspection may take up to seven (7) business days after the return is received.
4. Return Process
- Once the return request is approved, we will arrange for collection of the item through our logistics partner.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product), the return shipping costs will be covered by AL SAYARA SPARE PARTS TRADING L.L.C.
- For other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Refund Methods
- Refunds may be issued in the form of:
- Store credit notes for future purchases,
- Bank transfer,
- Refund to the original method of payment (credit/debit card).
- Shipping fees and other transaction-related charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds are typically processed within 30 calendar days from the date the returned item is received and inspected.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure that products are securely packed to prevent damage during return shipment.
- If returned items are damaged due to improper packaging, the refund may be denied.
7. Additional Terms
- AL SAYARA SPARE PARTS TRADING L.L.C reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if:
- The item has been used,
- The item is damaged, worn, or altered,
- The item is returned without original packaging or complete accessories.
- If an item is determined to be non-returnable after evaluation, our customer service team will contact the customer to discuss the next steps.
Note:
In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy by excessively returning, or returning items which are not in original condition or by cancelling or not accepting the orders placed, AL SAYARA SPARE PARTS TRADING L.L.Creserves the right to warn, restrict, suspend, block and/or terminate such customer accounts, as necessary.
We will not accept return of any item which is wrongfully sent to us or items which are different than what was delivered to you. This includes items which were not originally purchased from AL SAYARA SPARE PARTS TRADING L.L.C . In the event we receive such items, we are unable to return or provide a refund or other concession in respect of such items and such action may result in restrictions on your AL SAYARA SPARE PARTS TRADING L.L.C account, including limiting your ability to return items in future, order cancellation and/or AL SAYARA SPARE PARTS TRADING L.L.Caccount closure.
